Solar Water Heater
Engineered for longevity and peak performance, our FPC (Flat Plate Collector) Solar Water Heater is built to withstand the harshest environmental conditions. Unlike standard models, this system features a Marine Grade Stainless Steel 316 storage tank and a pure Copper internal structure, ensuring superior resistance to corrosion and hard water. With an advanced black nickel-chrome absorber that captures 95% of solar energy, this system delivers hot water efficiently, even on days with lower sunlight.
Superior Construction Features:-
- Corrosion-Free Storage: The storage tank is crafted from Stainless Steel 316 (Marine Grade) or Copper sheet, offering the highest level of protection against rust and ensuring a long service life.
- High-Efficiency Absorber: Features a grooved copper sheet and tube structure with a Black Nickel Chrome selective coating. This provides excellent heat transfer with 95% absorptivity and very low heat emission (20%).
- Toughened Glazing: Protected by a 4.0mm thick low-iron toughened glass covering. It is rupture-resistant and offers over 85% light transmittance while minimizing glare.
- Advanced Insulation: Uses high-density Rockwool slabs with an aluminum foil reflector at the bottom. This reflects emitted heat back to the absorber plate, minimizing heat loss and keeping water hot for longer.
- Robust Casing: The collector is housed in a weather-tight, corrosion-resistant Aluminum extruded section (or G.I.), ensuring structural integrity in all weather.
- Leak-Proof Tubing: Internal 12mm copper waterways are silver-brazed to 25mm manifolds, creating a durable grid that withstands high pressure and temperature.
